I prefer to stay out of the spotlight. Have all our games at 1pm on Sunday, and the media not saying a word about us. As of now, hardly nobody in the media brings us up as a team that can make the playoffs and that's good. No pressure on us and we just need to keep winning where eventually, they will say how are the Colts 8-5 or 9-5 if we can keep this streak coming. It's us against the world anyway, even a lot of out fanbase think we won't make the playoffs. It doesn't bother me, I think it's great
Do teams choose to pass a lot when playing the Colts? (Lbers, secondary?)
Just an observation, I think CAR and CHI probably have better dlines than what is reflected in their sack ranking. With their offenses, opponents probably aren't compelled to engage in a shoot out.
How on earth did we let the Saints look like world beaters? Pass rushing with blitzing, when you have DB injuries, is a dangerous proposition leaving lesser CBs on an island, like that Saints game showed.
Well done. I like it - good analysis. We’re all wondering about Kelly, but if he retires (or is leaning that way by the draft) then I think we need to draft an IOL early. I’m making the assumption that Kelly hangs on one more year, but I’m still drafting a 3rd round IOL, bc French has been pretty meh in relief…
Yep and while I agree with Tepper, I put more of the blame on Reich. Not because of his time here or any ill feelings, I think he’s a fine man. And I think he could be a head coach. IF he’d let his coordinators coordinate the offense and defenses around the players strength and then stay as a game manager/overseer . But he won’t do that and won’t accept thinking about doing it.
