It has been said over and over this team relies too heavily on Andrew Luck. It appears they just are not fired up as a unit. You watch some teams and you swear they are playing for their lives while others seem to be there to meet an obligation. I wish I knew what is being said in meetings but apparently all the wrong things are being said. This is not over but on paper the Colts were expected to be awesome on offense and we are not awesome on any part of the game. The defense looked adequate but who ever heard of an "Adequate Trophy"?

I still think 11-5 is a legit possibility. The offense will get rolling soon enough, once everyone's on the same page and can stop committing some of these drive-killing penalties. Plus, the 10 points left on the field last night after what were 2 very promising drives (Vinatieri missed FG, Gore's absurd fumble on the goal line) just cannot happen.

Right now it is 0-2.  You are what your record says you are.

And this is what history says about 0 - 2 teams-

"Since the NFL expanded to a 12 team playoff format in 1990, only 23 teams of 204 to start 0-2 (11.2 percent) have overcome the winless start to make the postseason.

The recent numbers are even worse, as mentioned above: Since 2009, the only two teams to start 0-2 and make the playoffs were Carolina in 2013 and Indianapolis in 2014 have made the playoffs. To put it into third-grade mathematical terms, over the past six seasons you have a 4% chance of making the playoffs if you’re winless headed into Week 3."

Only 5 teams in the history of the NFL have made the playoffs after going 0 - 3 to start  season.

ESPN's FPI has Philly at 55%, Seahawks at 54%, adn Colts at 51% chance tomake playoffs, despite the o - 2 records.

Baltimore Ravens are at 27%

We went 0-2 last season and still went 11-5 and we play in a weak Division. Unless our players have just quit on Pagano we will still make it. 9-7 will win the Division IMO.

11-5, win the division, we'll see what happens in the playoffs.

Hmmm... this sounds familiar.  Wait, didn't we start 0-2 last year and make it to the AFCCG?

Haven't we progressed one game farther into the postseason each season since the new regime took over?

So the final record will be 15-5 right?  or 14-6 if we lose the SB... Would that be acceptable for everyone? 15-5 or 14-6?

Yeah, 10-6 is what I am leaning towards but if we lose to the Titans, I can see us at .500

Agreed if we do lose to the Titans than all bets are off.  That'd be a scary predicament at which point it would be extremely tough to play out of.  Also at which point it would be better to have a sub par season so we can get some playmakers, not just receivers

So if the record doesn't get better, the Colts are not a playoff team.  Doesn't mean they can't go 14-0 the rest of the way (no chance).  But right now, they are winless.  They are what their record shows.
