They were able to convince him on black Monday to let them put differences aside, call the season a wash, and try to blame luck's injury which they would address in that draft. They did address it but the team did just as good with Luck for 15 games so clearly it's not sustainable.

Which makes you wonder why even give Grigson a 4 year extension if he had another year left on his contract
