He could of made that catch, he was more worried about staying on his feet.

That wasn't on TY

Can't throw downfield anymore, can he?

Johnson did have to slow down to catch it, but that was a good throw

no but it just furthers the point that there was zero reason to bring rivers in.   Bringing in rivers is a win now move , this team is not in a win now mode .  they are still rebuilding .

Rivers does well must still blame Rivers...

I am not Rivers biggest fan and made that clear last week but blaming him for anything today other than one bad throw to TY is ridiculous at this point.

was someone saying he can't push it downfield?

Yeah , it was getting a little ridiculous over the past week hearing how Brissett can give equal play.

I still maintain that if the O-line (specifically run blocking) and defense played like expected, Rivers is able to function and succeed as designed

Someone was saying they had mixed feelings on bringing Johnson in.

yes, it was me. still have the same feelings.

Rivers hit the same sail route to Mo, who we're not playing, and hit the same Pascal.

Just very very happy he is continuing to play well, and didn't drop it like TY.

If he would of laid out his foot wouldn't of came up. He tried to stay on his fét so his foot pulled up to make next step.

Unless TY has go go gadget arms or legs no.  As the announcers pointed out that was bad throw by rivers as a result of not having timing with TY.  It happens.
