you are the only one the whole league is laughing at him im on nfl forum right now every single person is calling luck the most overrated thing ever and laughing at him.  even the nfl players voted luck most overrated tied with eli manning.

I have not read that. Care to cite your source? I disagree. I'll take Luck on my team.

Kirk Cousins was voted the most overrated by NFL defensive players. Source below:

Tomorrow we will hear all about how this defense was a bunch of pretenders and aren’t as good as advertised.

We need a major up grade on defense to compete with teams like this. Plus need some receiver help.

It’s a mixture of both. Yes the defense may have been overrated and benefited from some crappy offenses but the Chiefs do this to everyone.

The Offense is by far the most disappointing. Hilton has gone ghost. Mack has had a little success but not enough big yards. Andrew was def guiding the ball and not slinging it. Mahomes is doing the opposite

I was about it is only a 14 point deficit, not as bad as the 28 point 3rd quarter deficit we came back from.  Still 17 points is not as bad as 28 point for a great comeback.  That last drive shows we can move the ball passing with a hurry up offense that we should do the rest of the game.  We need to pass 90% of the plays, run periodically to keep the honest.  A whole team breakdown.  Luck, Ebron first drop, offsides by Autry, Hunt, and Sherod.  Safety Wilcox looks lost but may be because he is a recent pick up to our system. His horse collar flag was stupid, was way out of bounds already.  Lets open it up, if we go down, we go down guns a blazing.

That's the spirit, CAFF

The weather is not an issue..

Andrew's throwing it 40 times in the second half and we go no-huddle

If we hit some passes, the run will be there.

We can score 3 or 4 TDs in a half

I was thinking about that, IUE

….With Ebron and Cox.....a jump ball toss was an option I bet coach Frank considered

Yep.  Maybe get a PI or something too and get the ball at the 1, then you go for it for sure.  Well, goes without saying, another TD ends this- if they get down by 24 there's no way back.  Get down 20 and maybe, if Chiefs play prevent- they've blown a lot of playoff games, although with different personnel.

I don't care what happened in the first half, this is my team and I will believe and support them til the end.  We as fans can be disappointed and angry but we should not be given up.  And if by some way we win this game it will be us true fans that deserves the right to celebrate and rejoice over the victory.

Stop whining...we getting our butts kicked; not the refs. Be for real

There has been at least 2 PI, a hold, and two False starts that have not been called. Butts kicked because the refs aren't cashing the obvious. You can't use someone to push up on, thats PI. People blame cox? You cast out jump someone who's on topthe of you.

Not surprised by the defense getting shredded. This flacid offense though? Pretty surprised. Just because the KC defense is supposed to be THAT BAD.

Yes. If our defense didn’t play well I had confidence the offense would keep us in them game. Just bad all around.

I think we went to pass happy alt and bad play calling from the start of this game. We wanted to stay balanced and got sucked into trying to outscore them.

To be fair, we all knew defense needed upgrades in the beginning. We overachieved this year and the draft and FA can address the defense like this season addressed the oline. We still have a bright future. Mahomes is just a very very good player.

Yep.  I still would do it.  We cannot ever, ever stop them.  Missed FG probably ends game anyway.

Onside kick recoveries were rare before, now without a running start, you're just handing them the ball midfield. There's no reason to do that. Your best bet is to make them march the distance of the field.

This.

We aren’t playing well at all but clearly the NFL wants the Chiefs to win.

Yeah that's probably true.  It's too bad it's so hard to recover, good for player safety though

STOP GUIDING THE BALL LUCK!

You throw like a sissy girl.  Or at the very least like a average high school QB.

He does not ZING the ball like the top qbs do.

39 Tds. 4,000 yards..

Agreed. We way overachieved and even if we lose, it's been a huge win of a season.

Eh, didn't seem out of line- I thought Luck got hit late a couple times and maybe a PI they got by with, but nothing that bad- we didn't establish the run and that dropped third down pass on the first series really hurt.

He has really lost it this year imo.

I posted earlier this week in the thread about the field goal kicker they cut this off season who now kicks for the Chargers.  He is going to be a good one.  Wish they would have kept him.

I was the OP of that thread.  And most posters raked me over the coals for it.  Just sayin’

Watch when Luck is really guiding it.  He is not fluid at all.

He shrinks his body, does not take a full wind up, and guides the ball towards his target rather than standing tall and zipping it in there with a FLUID motion.

I really noticed it towards the end of the season and big time the second half of the Texans game,

    • I think he still will, it's just a matter of time.
    • I think it's the sophomore class that I am really following this year and see how well these young men continue to grow.    DI: Mason Graham, Michigan (Sophomore) highest-graded true freshman IDL in the country in 2022 with an 80.3 grade.  2023 PFF TOW 2 honors   SS: Jaden Hicks, Washington State (Sophomore) – 2023 PFF TOW 2 honors   RB Quinshon Judkins (Ole Miss) Sophomore 2022 PFF TOW 9 honors had 14 broken tackles against Texas A&M, 5 breakaway runs of 15+ yards in company with likes of Derick Henry, Alvin Kamara and Chuba Hubbard.  Judkins came to Ole Miss as just a three-star recruit but, like Will Johnson at No. 21, dominated in Year 1.  He ranked in the top 10 in college football in rushing yards (1,567), rushing touchdowns (16), yards after contact (929) and forced missed tackles (76). Has a 74.6 RB grade and an 88.0 PB grade week 7.  To-date has an 83.5 PB grade 5th best among Power 5 tackle.  2022 PFF TOW 4 offensive POW and earned TOW 6 and 7 honors   NT/IDL Deone Walker (Kentucky) Sophomore – in 2022 as a true freshman finished 3rd among SEC IDL with an 80.9 pass-rushing grade.  6’6” 330 LB at 19 yo beat O’Cyrus Torrence.   Edge Mykel Williams (Georgia) Sophomore 5th best returning edge defenders in college football.  Williams has a 75.9 run-defense grade ranked 4th among SEC edge defenders and led all FBS true freshman edge defenders.  His 6 sacks tied for the most among all true freshman in the country while his 33 pressures were tied for 2nd most.  Williams is a future first round pick.   WLB Abdul Carter (PSU) Sophomore freshman 56 tot, 6.5 sacks, 2 FF and 4 PDs   LCB Will Johnson (Michigan) Sophomore – as a true freshman led all corners in the Power 5 with a 91.1 grade in man coverage.  Johnson’s 2 INTs in man tied 5th same group in 2022.   IDL Dontay Corleone (Cincy) Sophomore – mid-way through 2022 he was 4th nationally with a 91.5 PFF grade making Ivan Pace Jr job on the field easier.  After 10 weeks Corleone has 41 TOT, 3 sacks, 1 FF, and 1 FR.  Freshman 93.9 DEF, 94.8 RDEF, 82.5 PRUSH, 61.8 COV.  led all FBS defenders with a 93.8 grade. • Coleman transferred from Michigan State.  Agree he has showed strong hands making several tough catches in traffic and has impressive speed for his size.  Not sure we need another WR-Z like Alec Pierce who is signed until 2025.    Some other players have been interested in are:   RG Justin Osborne, SMU – best in zone, gap or man schemes – PFF early honorable mention before the season for the ACC.  Earned 2023 PFF TOW 1 honors.   LG Wesley Ndago, Air Force – PFF TOW 1 and 4 – 2023.   TE Benjamin Yurosek, Stanford - Displayed athletic ability making several tough catches.    SS Tyler Nubin, Minnesota - Got two top traits, football IQ and impressive ball production.  Versus Nebraska he had 2 picks earning PFF TOW 1 honors in 2023.   Edge Kaimon Rucker, North Carolina Tar Heels – 2022 PFF TOW 0 honors.  Rucker became first Tar Heel in 10-years to be named the Walker Camp Defensive Player of the Week.  Versus South Carolina he had 5.5 TFLs and 2 sacks.    LCB Josh Newton (TCU) - solid QB passer ratings, 56.4 in 2022 and 86.2 in 2021  LCB D.J. James (Auburn) - solid QB passer ratings, 61.3 in 2022 and 64.9 in 2021
    • stafford has a very quick release, dont know if we can pressure him
    • I agree that AR is our guy, that's obviously why we drafted him, lol.  Minshew performed as well, and better than many of the starters I've seen, so far in the first 2 games this season.  I think if AR can stay healthy, we are set at the QB position for a long time, but after today's game, I am comfortable with Minshew coming in.
