Stay classy.

Should I even bring up Irsay?

You mean our owner who has a serious addiction, pretty low of someone to blame something that's not his fault? At least he isn't a fraud with the fake move to CT then getting everyone to wear the MHK patches while he is at the Celtics game with his model girlfriend a few weeks after the season ends.

Alcoholism runs in the Irsay family, as well as the fact he was recovering from surgery when he started to become addicted to medication. No one ever wants to be an addict but he has sought help. Aside from that I see a fired up owner who cares deeply about his team and the community and who donates tons of money to great causes.

If Alcoholism runs in his family, then he should be careful how much he drinks.  If he drinks enough that he becomes an alcoholic, that's on him.  He became addicted to the painkillers because he took more than was prescribed for him.  If he had followed doctors orders then he would not have become addicted, or the doctor would have adjusted the prescribed amount to prevent Irsay from becoming addicted.  Yes, some people have more of an addictive personality than others so they are more susceptible to addictions, but ultimately the responsibility is still on them to not abuse the substances.

Yes, he cares deeply about his community and does a lot to help out, but that doesn't mean he's a victim to his alcoholism and painkiller addiction.

Most folk who live in CT are Giants fans.

What are you talking about, if you are going to try and insult me at least use the english language

By the way its a fact that Coach cheated on his wife

So who are you to be the one to judge? You, me nor anyone else knows what Kraft and his wife had going on during her sickness. Why even bring it up now unless you are trolling?

Stay classy? Is that what you just did? All rich dudes have lapses of common sense at times and Kraft is no different. Kraft wouldn't be the first rich dude to go after a younger woman. It happens every where every day. When your rich you don't even have to look, they come to you. So quit acting like Mr. Kraft is a saint.

If you're somehow under the impression that there are members of the Indianapolis Colts who haven't cheated on their wife or their girlfriend,  then I think you're in for a big surprise.....

There's plenty of cheating by husbands and boyfriends in professional sports.......    Plenty!

Once again the Pats swagger, They haven't won ANYTHING since 2004!!!

Get over yourselves NE fans, Brady is a spoiled kid and his coach likes cheating on his wife

Btw, your last claim was never substantiated.

It's probably a Patriots fan and not actually Tom Brady.  Whether or not Tom Brady would do this, I do not know.  I'd like to think that he would show that much lack of class or overconfidence.

It's ironic that Brady got the best of Peyton most of his career but Eli got the best of Brady.  Funny how it works.

I wouldn't doubt it's not actually Brady. "Who says we're only gonna score 17?" Famous last words.

Let me formally apologize for besmearing the good and honest name of Bill Belichick.

He has been such a trustworthy, ethical and honest man in his coaching and personal career.

I am so sorry I was the first person to bring up any accusations of impropriety against this wonderful role model

mea culpa

Sorry, my bad.I though you were referring to Kraft who was seen with a young chick right after his wife's death.

Right after? A year later? Who are you to tell someone how long to mourn a loved one ? Because you know the correct answer, right?

Should I dig up that investigative article on Irsay and the woman he got together with who was married? And how her husband is taking him to court?

    • I'm all for doubling down and going EDGE in the 1st again. Just got to make sure we get the right one. Depending on where we draft, I'm okay with trading up a couple of picks to snatch the better pass rusher of the bunch. Since there will be a good amount of rushers, I hear, let's go get the better one. I can also see the draft being the opposite as this years. Most teams will go defense now in this draft, and very good offensive players fall. I think we are perfect on offense, that's why I'm okay with trading up to get the guy we need on defense.
    • IMHO , its all about perspective   If you treat Pierce as WR1, you will be disappointed   If you treat Pierce as a solid contributor, you will be pleased   - The man can block, maybe the best blocking WR on this team - The man has speed - The man can rotate in with our other WRs   I do believe that AD Mitchell will take over as a starting outside WR   The reality is, 17 games is a LONG season,    Pittman and AD Mitchell will be "fresher" for the end of the game as they are rotated in and out   The odds say that there will be injuries, and we could see Pierce be a starter on either side   I for one, WANT to keep Pierce thru his rookie deal (We will see after that)
    • Zach Moss is no RB1.  If he showed signs he was the Bills wouldn’t have traded him for Hines who also is no RB1.  Moss is a RB 2.  A good one too.  Fortunately for him a season playing behind the Colts OL worked out favorably for him. Moss became available because we have an RB1 and the Bengals jumped at the chance to fill a hole in their lineup and Moss can do that like he did for the Colts when Taylor wasn’t available.  He is not a back teams have to worry about like they have to do for Taylor.  Every team needs an RB1.  He was the Bills RB1 for a short time and shipped off to the Colts for Hines.  And they drafted him.  He certainly belongs on a NFL roster.  I wish he stayed to back up Taylor.  But money and opportunity always talks as it should.  I worry about our RB position if something happens to Taylor for a long period.  I think we should be looking for a proven player who would be that true backup you can rely on behind Taylor.  Right now that backup position is a position that concerns me.   The other being starting FS.
