Nah, he did great. Those drops happen, plus literally every receiver dropped key passes. JT and the other rookies will get better.

Lukewarm on this. I don't think he entirely played bad for us, but I wouldn't miss him if we let him go. I just don't think he's an answer as much as he is a stopgap for this team right now.

Can the Colts win a Superbowl with Reich and Rivers?

Maybe without Rivers, yes. Reich's playcalling consistently confuses me though. I'm not sure what we're gonna do. -
Colts are getting majorly over looked.

Injuries are playing into both sides tbh. Speaking of that, DeFo is questionable for the game with an ankle injury, that could be a big blow to us too. It's still Any Given Sunday though. -

I've been seeing a lot of posts on various social media platforms about how we're gonna get blown out by the Bills, and I don't really believe that. The Colts could very well win this game, or lose this game. It's just what team shows up in the playoffs, and hopefully it's the one where we played all 4 quarters of football. That being said, I don't think we'll be down by multiple scores. Most of our losses, barring the Tennessee game, were close. -
Pay him handsomely.

Report: rivers to return to Colts or retire
adamthyst replied to GoColts8818's topic in Colts Football
I really could not understand why he kept Jacoby in there, I really don't. JT guarantees like, 6 yards a carry at this point, so I would never doubt handing the ball off to him would get us positive plays. It's some of the passing plays that frustrate me the most. Much can be said about Rivers too on his deep ball plays, but I feel like it could be better. If we could've kept handing the ball to JT, the game would've been over. Steelers had a hard time stopping him. -

Coaching blew it hard. I love Reich but man, he needs to stop getting cute and know when to not take your foot off the gas. Nothing frustrates me more than some of his playcalling on offense. If he got better at that, or maybe hand OC duties to Sirianni, I wonder how the offense would look. -

I sure hope it's good Philip Rivers and not bad Philip Rivers. Other than the second Titans game, we weren't blown out by either of them and that's a good sign. The Pittsburgh game still leaves a horrible taste in my mouth though. -

I wouldn't be mad if he left, or got re-signed since it looks like he's comfortable with the offense now, but there ARE better options out there... -
The Bills are the team I was the most afraid to face in the playoffs, but well, now we have to. I'm confident the Colts can keep up with them, granted, they play 4 quarters of football and not the % we're used to seeing with only playing 1 half of good football. The one thing I don't want it to end up being is a shootout vs. Josh Allen, Rivers is not outslinging him lol. Gotta RTDB and play smart in the passing game. The defense worries me too, moreso in our secondary, and we need to create pressure on Allen too.

Give that man the football.
