I agree 100%. Ballard is in charge of the players and coaches, but he doesn’t write the checks nor is he in charge of the facilities and amenities. This is again where having a “President” under the owner might be a good thing.
I read your reasoning but I don’t buy broad brushing your examples as a culture problem. These issues revolve around players not concentrating and performing to their expectations. I don’t believe it is a team wide issue. I think the team plays hard for Steichen. I think young players need time to develop. I think a few more better players in a few position groups will go a long way in improving the team’s overall performance. I’m not concerned about culture at all.
