I would say Denver is better, in the AFC. It will just depend on if the Colts can stay consistent. Eagles are very good also.

Yes , Denver and Philly are good.  But if your statement that they are better is based on them beating us earlier in the season, I would have to contend that we have progressed greatly.  I would love to be able to replay those match-ups now!

Be careful what you wish for. ;)

We are playing, right now, the best football in the NFL. I don't think we are the best though, that's still Denver.

Someone mentioned the Eagles. I disagree, they haven't impressed me at all. Their special teams is the only thing that has kept them from being embarrassed lately and it's not a sustainable pace, their offense has been mediocre.

Ask me after we hopefully beat the Patriots at home, I can say it with more conviction. But I'd say top 3 or 4 right now.

If we beat the Patriots and Cowboys, oh yeah, we will be cooking, baby. But right now, a crucial road game vs the Steelers.

We are playing the best football right now hands down, the last 5 games haven't been close other then the Texans coming from behind. Our first two game were lost by less then a TD.. I think Denver got us in week 1 because it was week one and Philly paid off the refs in week two, we could eaisly be 7-0. What separates the Colts is the fact that we will only get better as the season continue not to mention our D is playing better then all 31 other teams same said about the offence as well.

Top 5 NFL teams right now

1. Denver Broncos

2. Dallas Cowboys

3. Philadelphia Eagles

4. Indianapolis Colts

5. Arizona Cardinals

some might disagree, but it's not about who's the best team right now.

The most important thing is to reach the playoffs and we will be in the playoffs again.

I really hope we can reach the playoffs without loosing any starters and that everybody is healthy and we can play at home.

Our game against New England could end up or it will decide if we have a shot at the Super Bowl this year.

No doubt about it that we have a very good team, and are contenders this year, but we all know that if we have to go through foxborough or to Denver in the playoffs, compared to if we can stay at home, our chances of reaching the super bowl will be bigger than a road trip.

We are one of the best teams right now, I just hope we don't Top to early again and fall short in the playoffs, because we can win the super bowl this year with this team.

How well will this Colts defense travel?  Let's see us win against a good team on the road before we get too far ahead of ourselves here.  @ Pittsburgh is a nice test...for starters.   That franchise has given the Colts fits over the years.  Winning there is never easy.  We are playing great on defense...right now. But consistency is the key. Can they keep this up...and for how long?

In all seriousness we put a beating on the Jags with a rookie QB, The Texans with a back up QB, Bengals without there #1 and 2 WR's and Ravens at home.....Glad that we got the wins but Ill wait till we beat a quality team on the road with all or most of there weapons before I judge

This is sound reasoning. The Ravens are on a roll, but with two upcoming divisional road games, proceed with caution. Same goes for the Colts with this best team stuff in week 7. The Colts are certainly playing well , and I fully expect a big win in Pittsburgh. They will also run away with the division. Right now it puts them among the best. As always, I believe Denver is beatable in the playoffs. I love Peyton, but the wear and tear starts to show itself in the playoffs. It's going to come down to who has the least amount of injuries, and who gets hot. It's fun to debate in week 7, but it will mean little as we get to the playoffs. Just because you beat Baltimore at home, and Denver beat the Colts at home, just doesn't translate to the playoffs in terms of winning, but the importance is home field. Still, certain teams are good road playoff teams.

Very important to be able to run the ball as needed in the playoffs to

Couldn't agree more.  Also, Bengals without their 2 starting linebackers for the entire game and without their 3 starting linebackers for the 2nd half, much less without their 1 and 2 Wide-Outs.  We have to draw some base-lines with each team we play and rate that victory based on home-field, opponents health, etc.  It would be impressive if we can pull out the victory on the road today, but history has taught us to remain grounded.  Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush out for the Lions and they are getting dismantled so far by the lowly Falcons.
