One of the two teams will surprise everyone as it happens every season. The Bears will never catch the Viks but the Colts can get back within one game of Houston as the Texans play the Vikings. Opportunity is knocking Colts so if you don't win this one which one will you win?

These are the kinds of games teams with any character, any heart, any interest, have to win.  Home against an inferior opponent (ok, similar?).  These are the kinds of games teams with playoff aspirations win period.  So it has to be the Colts, right?  I sure hope so.  I'm tired of being angry on Sundays.

I definitely have a good feeling about the game on Sunday, I honestly think the Colts come out attacking the Bears D, and win by 2 scores. Next week's game at Texans is going to be HUGE.

Yeah this game might be for the season. If we lose to the bears I can't imagine how we make it to the playoffs.

This is  one week i cant even make a prediction if I am honest with myself.  My homerism is waning, my optimism is fading and using reverse psychology by predicting a Bears win seems pointless now. 

 

I have been a glass half full guy with this team and will root for them each week regardless of the outcome.

 

With that said, if they dont win this week against the bears at home and at almost full health with 4 games under their belt, there wont be any more excuses to feed my hope.

But 3-3 going into the game with Houston is literally impossible.

 

We're 1-3 now and we only have this week's game with the Bears before our game with Houston.

 

So,  we will either be 2-3 or 1-4 when we play Houston.     But we can't be 3-3.

 

As for your other predictions.....    10-6 is not looking likely.....   and winning SB51 seems the longest of long shots....     but I hope you're right....

If they do unfortunately fall to 1-4 is definitely over. No chance they only loss 2 or 3 more the entire season to get to 9-7 or 10-6.

 

They've left themselves no wiggle room for error.

 

In all honesty, this is a perfect measuring stick. A team like Pitt now would be disastrous, but CHI shouldn't be a tremendous challenge if the 16' Colts are somewhat legit.

I am going to go out on a limb and say this will finally be our break out game. At home vs Brian Hoyer. Colts win this easily 31-13. It will set up a huge matchup next week at Houston who I think will be 3-2 after they get waxed at Minnesota.

Can I ask why? I think this game will be under 40 honestly. Bears offense is crippled, we can't score. I think this will be a crawl to the finish. I think it'll be 21-17 Colts, 38 points scored. Don't see how either team will put up points in this game. I could be dead wrong though. Usually I don't bet on non playoff games, but I put $5 on the under here.

its at home    The Bears suck and I think it is a statement game. If we score a lot of points it will detract from the negativity surrounding the team.  They will be concentrating on a fast start.  Honestly I dont think Pat see the field much as a punter
