Frank not calling timeout after a nice pass to get 1st and 10 on the 35 with 1:05 left.... which leads to the Colts going too fast and quick snapping it and getting beat off the edge which ruins the drive... and Frank will go into half with 2 timeouts in his pocket

This performance is on the coaches, as it is every freaking first game of the year,for the past nine years, they had better make good half time adjustments otherwise, this is going to be a bigger embarrassment than it is already, made worse by the fact that wentz is cooking in the capital.

Indy will likely win, 23-20 or 27-21 or something like that.... Ugly slow and uninspired.  It's like our guys don't give a damn until week six or so....every year.  Where's the locker room we used to hear so much about.

i think ballard is solid but way over hyped on here .   since he took over the colts never had a pass rush ,  and had a below average wr core .    even his beloved offense line that he sunk 80 million into has been overrated in pass protection

Good point, but I would hope we have more on our offense than two players lol. If not we are in big big trouble. Our supposed amazing o line looks mediocre at best. Can someone tell me why we fired that one o line coach that had us looking amazing and ever since we gave gotten worse and worse every season.

Exactly…and that’s why Ballard bears responsibility in this as well. This team is constructed oddly. Most of money tied up into guys who never see the endzone. Pittman is the only legit receiver on this team!

Underwhelming half, both of our lines looked bad.  Matt hit some throws, shouldn't have made that turnover

Biggest reasons for the first half suckage...

 

1 - Braden Smith forgetting he is not at home fishing.... Three separate times in one half

 

2 - Frank's uninspired play calls....wth was that wildcat nonsense?

 

3 - especially once momentum swung, Hou. Playing with house money and a crowd that knows this MAY be the high point of their season ......

Idk if there is a biggest problem. The Colts have multiple issues. I didn’t like Wentz at any point but it’s clear he was one of many problems
