@EastStreet You seem to be up on all NFL news. Why is Denzell Mims in the Jets' doghouse?

Jets may win this game.  Colts may be the only winner in this division.

Vikes still losing. 14-7

Not sure. I read somewhere they wanted him to learn all three WR positions before he'd get PT.

Seems pretty silly...

Took injuries to get him on the field.

Would have liked to have seen better result there from the D on last Miami drive. Obvious passing situation for the Dolphins offense. An opportunity for pass rush to tee off on the QB and instead they moved the ball relatively easily with some long completions.

I'm happy for today, but we're not winning in Baltimore playing this defense

I mean that’s the thing. Yeah we’re going to (likely) come away with a win (*long, awkward pause*) but we KNOW how feckless an offense under Brissett can be, when we get back to having to play good QBs…

I think they got caught unprepared. That and Rodgers is not good.

Wentz can be scattershot with his throws & suspect reading the defense but he’s winning me over today.   Had he played like this all season we’d be 3-1 at worst.  Just gotta be good on 3rd down & red zone. Keep grinding & climbing. Go Colts.

    • " Should be having the final say", "has been know", "so I just see the 4 QBs being equal", "I think Steichen is willing to go along with any QBs honestly", " I think Ballard listens to his staff, but Ballard ultimately has the final say on trading up,", "  and is hoping Levis or Richardson will work out". Lots of assumptions there for a man who seems to be in the know.
    • I was thinking the same think.  AZ knows that this year there are far fewer first round quality players than there are picks in the first round.  If they trade too far down, they risk passing up on what little true quality there is in this draft.  So, trading down to say #11 or #12 could be kinda bad.  But simply switching places with the Colts at #4, and taking the player you were going to take anyway, and getting a little extra, that would be good, yes?  Now, the Colts know this too.  And why would they trade up to #3 if they know that AZ may have an offer on the table from the guy at #12, but don't really want to take it.  Their competition to trade up is just smoke and mirrors. I expect that the trade negotiations for the 3rd pick are going to be hot, swift, and fierce.  And whatever happens at pick 3 won't be announced until the very last second on the clock.  Whether a trade, or if AZ just goes ahead and picks Anderson. Better get the popcorn ready.
    • Seahawks might be though If WAJ goes on to kill Arizona the next 5 years Arizona would regret it
    • The rest of the quote from Lindy's for the Skyy Moore comp: "Moore lacks the same caliber of top-end speed that Scott brings and possesses a more complex route tree, but his boxy frame and comfort adjusting to misplaced passes showed up on his tape plenty at Western Michigan.  Scott likely won't go quite as early, but he could end up as a reliable rotational player within his first couple years if he continues to develop his feel and ball skills."
    • I do not see it. He struggles to place the ball in the right spot and I think he is going to struggle in the NFL... I would take a flyer on him as a late first round pick, but I think Seattle is taking him at 5.
