It looked like when he did tap out, he was kind of limping a little. Initially I thought he injured his leg because when he got hit on the previous play, his knee bent awkwardly. You are right, his presser didn't help. Still it was 1 play, doesn't make the guy soft. He took some big-time hits yesterday and kept getting up.
Ok, so far AR isn't the Jalen Hurts the Colts hoped for. And he isn't going anywhere for the next couple of years. Flacco seems to have a decent grasp of the offense so why not interchange the two during the games. From what I've seen, it doesn't take Flacco long to find his throwing rhythm. And AR will still get his experience.
I think it would be our best short term solution for winning.
I don't think the tap out was a big deal given the circumstances.
But he was too tired to stay in to do the handoff? I think his answer at the presser didn't help.
