We got beat badly on the lines on both sides...that is really what it comes down too.

@throwing BBZ laughed at my post mentioning this earlier, but this roster is not that good.  If you disagree bud, explain today’s result.  Of course it’s not just one thing.  The coaching was not great, either.

 

At the critical play-making positions (Edge, WR), the Colts are way behind the top tier teams.

 

OL depth isn’t great, either.

Wentz wasn’t whining about not being considered top tier. He brought this scrutiny on himself.

 

And I didn’t say anything about him on that TS play. I blamed him, the captain, for his players making boneheaded plays like letting a top WR blow past you twice. Especially when he tours his defense as being top rate, which they are not.

Putting this here is pointless, but that was my primary point when I said "I wouldn't extend for 5 years" with this crew. It's nothing overly harsh, they just haven't done anything to really earn it.

Sorry, you don't do that when your OL has been a dumpster fire all day. 

If we can't get 4th and 1 down by 10 in the 4th with the RB's we have then that isn't saying much.

Poor Frank.  A great coach hobbled by such poor allocation of draft capital and salary cap.

I’m going to blame this loss on the OL. They gave Wentz very little time to throw today. Sure the DBs weren’t the best at times, but they shut down Metcalf for three quarters and kept it within reach. The OL didn’t give Wentz any time to throw though, and Wentz has had to eat dirt all day

I'm really torn on Reich. He doesn't seem to fire our guys up. His decision-making is questionable. 
 

He has had some really good play calls, but he also his play-calling has been detrimental in several key games, too.
