that 4th down was entirely on Wentz.  had open RB and didnt even see him.

Wentz did great this game even before that last touchdown, seriously, he couldn’t have done much more. The D really let the offense down in the first half and it just deflated us.

Wentz will need a icetub after this game. If any unit is to blame for this loss it is the O.Line. Not Leonard, not Wentz, not JT. Our secondary was bad too.

kelly glow , and smith got destroyed all game .  nelson who had no training camp and is not 100 percent is still holding up which is a shot at the rest of the line .

They were an average defense. And when they play Zona folks will see the difference between a good I'm I and what we out on the field.

1st half we gave up way too  many big pass plays but I agree with you regarding the O.line. Seattle bullied us. I don't think our O.Line has played that badly since 2017 before Nelson was drafted.

I feel like Carson could be really good... if the offensive line play at the level we know they can.

 

This line play in unacceptable. Fisher is sorely needed of course, but still without him you’d expect more quality and consistency.

I dont think your point harsh at all, it is an objective balanced assessment of the job Ballard has done so far.

 

To be clear, I dont want him fired, but there is a lot of putting the cart before the horse that occurs with some of the local media in Indy when the record, accomplishments are pretty mediocre overall.

 

 I do think that he is more than capable of putting together a championship team, but he has get over some of these stubborn, cliched axioms like “build through the draft”, “locker room culture” because talent wins in this league. It doesnt matter how you get it or if everyone is a Boy Scout off the field.
