It’s a ripple effect. Rome Odunze is still unsigned and that has a ripple effect on what happens to the WRs drafted after him, with agents closely watching. Last I heard, Brian Thomas Jr. of Jaguars, Xavier Worthy, Ricky Pearsall, Ladd McConkey, Jalynn Polk, are all unsigned, the last time I checked. All these WRs drafted before AD. Watch, once Odunze signs, there will be a whole lot of reactive signings at WR position.

The key is waiting for a season to be over to see the whole picture. Your Pro Football Reference quote did that but @Defjamz26 was quoting that StampedeBlue article for a mid to early season drop rate quoted, which wouldn’t be something to rely on till the entire season played out. The OP’s goal was however to shed light on college drop rates. Seems to me, based on everything I see, AP’s catch rate has improved in the Pros over college, another testament to Reggie’s coaching.

I think the Cubs will make the playoffs, better talent and management in the division. -

I will just be happy if the Cubs make the playoffs. I thought they would be better than what they are but as long as they stay within playoff contention all season, it will keep me interested and watching. 6 teams get in and as of now the Cubs are tied for 6th in the NL.
