he's the 4th overall pick in the draft, he will start sooner rather than later. Maybe not day 1 (but probably from day 1), and certainly by week 4 at the latest.

He does not turn 21 until next month. He was rated right with Young for Football IQ. Actually has better mobile accuracy than stroud  according to RSP Scouting. 
Love that the Colts now have a dual threat QB - other offensive players will benefit.

Im excited about AR as our QB, with that said.... I really hope steichen can develop him into a great player within the next 3-5 years.

Shane will develop this kid into a superstar.

Would have liked to see the colts get something like the cards did for their pick. Too much of a risk with Richardson for my blood. Running qb’s in the nfl don’t usually have long careers. But I will be happy if I am wrong.
