I like when they show highlights of the player against real competition.  Except for UMass and Vandy, he played against guys who will be in the NFL.  

 

Admittedly, these are highlights but they show his potential.

I would argue that Ballard gambled a little and placed production over physical traits. Like it.

I think we have seen some shift in Ballard’s drafting philosophy this year. Was not always real excited about some of of the RASzzle dazzle picks in the past.

I think he has struck a real nice balance this draft with Athleticism, player production levels, and  experienced snaps at the highest levels of college football over multiple seasons. 
 

Time will tell, but this is looking like a very good draft, and a welcome and refreshing direction on draft day.
