I think Reich wants Wilkins in there because of his vision right now. With how Titans are playing the run, Williams would mostly just be running right into stacked boxes. 

Like that play where, had Williams waited for Braden Smith, would've made a huge gain.

It was a great call. And excellent execution by JB. That fake pitch was pretty sick. Nice job to square up and ensure a quick accurate throw to get Pascal up field.
