Week 3 impressions: Brissett

Obi-Wan Jacoby continues to impress.  He was an assassin in the first half.  I thought he looked a little rattled at the start of the 1st drive in the fourth but he pulled it together.   The "game manager" manages to win another game and I'm not all that surprised.  I'm really starting to root for this kid.

I thought the OL gave up a good deal of pressure today. Falcons had run game stuffed for most of the day. Forced us to have Jacoby beat the #1 pass defense in football. And he did it with no sweat! #Brissett Ball works.

Always room for improvement, especially with a young team, but as long as one part of the team steps up when another struggles, we should be all right

Reich dialed it up about as good as you can get.  They were coming with pressure on the outside

(not much up the middle) on pass rush, so we started throwing the ball.  We did more damage on them running up the middle.  They couldn't stop both with any consistency.  Great game plan on offense and great execution.

Yeah that's impressing me more than anything. Everytime he is in a tough spot, he just makes it happen.

Obi-Wan Jacoby indeed.
