Irsay announced several years ago that his daughter Casey would take over as owner of the franchise when he retires.   I would assume she would take over the spot during a suspension as well...assuming his plans haven't changed.

I wonder how much work Jim actually does and how much it would affect the team.  It doesnt seem like he is the Jerry Jones type so i dont know how much of an impact it would be if he is suspended before the draft.
