Here's my main complaing about Ballard - philosophy is trenches 

 

we struggled at OL awfully, and have slowly built it up 

our DL has been downhill since we lost Autry and Houston, even with adding Buckner. 

 

We don't have the 2 waves, 8 men like he preaches, and if he wasn't able to get the wave going after this long, how much longer does he get?

 

hes a stud at finding unexpected talent, but faulters at certain positions in an awful way.

 

what will we do?

Keep him. Our DL isn’t the problem. His weakness has always been picking WRs and CBs. That’s what we need still
