IF the Taylor situation is resolved and he plays, I’d love to keep Drake.

This tells me that they plan on moving forward and Taylor has a choice to make. Play and hope for a contract next year or waste a year but we have moved on for the year. Get Moss back and we have a decent RB group.

Drake is a good pickup, he is the kind of pick up that will be tough to let go. Solid addition.

I have loved this guy ever since he scored the miracle touchdown for Miami against the Patriots on the last play of the game. I remember they put Gronk at the back and he ran around him so easily

2021 Eagles RB by Committee - the former two had equal carries while the latter three had less but spread out fairly equally:

So it's very possible we could move on from JT and have a more balanced attack between Richardson and whomever they keep on the roster and likely have a more diverse offense. 

 

I love JT but he is replaceable just like every other RB these days.

Drake is definitely a better "spell the primary RB" back than a primary one, IMO.

I remember wanting the colts.draft.Drake but dolphins did instead. 

I haven't kept up with his.career the last.few years but has.a.chance of being a.good signing.

Taylor

Moss

Drake

Hull

Jackson

 

 

We certainly won’t keep 5 RB’s, so hopefully Jackson goes to the PS.   Then we’ll figure out the status of RB4.

If this all gets sorted out with Taylor and he is back in Blue and playing, it will be Taylor, Moss, Drake and Hull I think. At least certainly those guys while Moss is on IR or wherever they place him.

Moss shouldnt miss tooooo much of the season with that injury.

If they choose to roll with just 3, I think it will be Taylor, Moss and Hull.

He can't go onto the IR until after final 53 roster is complete or he will miss the season.

 

If he were to go on the IR after we start season, he would miss minimum of 4 games

Can't go on PUP

Will most likey just be on the roster injured if he isn't ready for game 1. We do have enough guys if they want to IR him for 4 weeks though.
