His avg is his avg. Every guy fluctuates over the year.

His low has been 53ish, high 65ish. He's 55 now. It's not some conspiracy lol...

And yes, I know PFF, as you know...

IMO, his coverage has noticeably gotten worse, and I don't think it's even debatable.

He looked better tackling in traffic at times (which has been my biggest concern), but he's inconsistent overall.

Anyway, look forward to your post later...

Ahh I must have misread, though you two were discussing Fisher. I’ll show myself out

he is getting old his time is coming up .

he is our new autry

Nah. Autry was a lot better. And Autry had tweener value.

To me, he's like Pascal was last year. Nobody expected a lot, but he just worked hard, and overachieved.

And as much as I love AQM, we really need Dayo to develop and replace him. AQM is great depth though.

Dulin is really coming on this year. Has been great STs, and starting to make an impact on O.

He might be our fastest WR on the 53.

Honestly, he has suprised me the last few weeks. I was a bit critical of him getting more snaps earlier in the season, but its clear now why they have been doing it.

Without Campbell, they really need his speed in that WR corps.

Fisher's stats from last year are... through last week (12 games) vs his full 2020

  • Penalties
    • 2021 - 7
    • 2020 - 3
  • Sacks allowed
    • 2021 - 5
    • 2020 - 3
  • PFF
    • 2021 - 67.3
    • 2020 - 80.0

Just a little difference lol

23 runs and 12 passes is not balance either. 18 Runs and 17 passes is.

Which is why he responded to the post we want balance.

mindlessly running into stack boxes = running 26 straight pass plays.

Why hasn’t there been anything resembling the 1st drive, since the first drive.

Frank is pretty good, he knows more than me 100%, just things you see during

a game that leave me wondering why. Not individual plays, but as a whole.

Open up the play action, keep Hitting edges and misdirection, try to get TY and Pitt going. This D is vulnerable, just not being very creative now. IMO

Most of the year they just used him as the rub guy, doing a lot of dirty work. They're starting to let him be a WR now lol.

He's got good speed, and is the closest thing we have to a Z/traditional-slot outside of TY right now. But they've used him more Xish. Happy he's getting a chance. You can just see on STs that he has talent/skill and a lot of effort/hunger. Not saying he's ever going to be a #1 or #2 guy, but wouldn't be surprised at all to see him find some regular rotational targets in that 3 or 4 spot.

I think that was his point.

Yea I should have read back more, for sure thought that was the discussion, which is why I mentioned run blocking possibly helping his PFF grade out.

Perhaps he's waiting for Pittman to come over and tell him to TTDB..

I think a Bengals win is probably out the building but as long as teh Broncos and Steelers lose we still benefit bigtime.

With how we have seen hand injuries sidelining QBs, Bengals may be in trouble if Burrow's injury is anything serious

Wentz telegraphing that run by killing & going under center. Just run it from the shotgun if the box is light.

I’m inclined to agree, but for those looks where we’ve got the TE’s… I’m willing to trust those guys these days. And they did well on that run.
