Would love to travel around the league to assess how our players strength train compared to other teams. (Frequency / expectations)

Then I would assess coaching methods.  What kind of coaching / management do they use to get the best out of their players?

 

I am a sales and leadership trainer and would love to see what types of coaching methodologies they use.  How are they assessing ability and willingness of each player and their individual skills?

Luck is like 15 of 20 for 153 yards.  That's not bad stats.  Luck isn't a problem here guys. 

 

Our lack of run game is a problem and our lack of defense is killing us. 

 

But Luck's not the problem.

Stafford is ripping us apart too.  Overall defense needs to be better.

Colts need to take David Parry off the line he doesnt get any push at the nose tackle position put Ty Mcgill in im sure he can be more productive.

Matt Stafford is a Good QB but I was hopeful our Defense wouldn't break and just bend. They are getting TD's.

There does seem to be an attitude/intensity problem with our team.  They don't play with a true chip on their shoulder other than Luck.

 

Maybe it is just too many injuries and no cohesion yet with the subs.  A lot of rookies and new players filling in.

 

Hoping they come out on fire after half.  Still optimistic.
