Would love to travel around the league to assess how our players strength train compared to other teams. (Frequency / expectations)

Then I would assess coaching methods.  What kind of coaching / management do they use to get the best out of their players?

I am a sales and leadership trainer and would love to see what types of coaching methodologies they use.  How are they assessing ability and willingness of each player and their individual skills?

There does seem to be an attitude/intensity problem with our team.  They don't play with a true chip on their shoulder other than Luck.

Maybe it is just too many injuries and no cohesion yet with the subs.  A lot of rookies and new players filling in.

Hoping they come out on fire after half.  Still optimistic.

    • I dunno. He already had that chance in 2021 and he broke Mac Jones.
    • Mr. Buckner (and Colts nation) begs to differ with your first sentence, lol!  But I understand where you’re coming from.   As to the last sentence, we really haven’t been successful finding a star pass rusher in the draft. Some good, some busts.  And we blew the chance on two guys who have a ton more potential already.     Plus, you know how Ballard is in Free Agency.  Not exactly a spend thrift, and star edge rushers won’t be cheap.  I haven’t looked at the 24 draft class, so I could be dead wrong there.  Still, I’d take a proven guy first up if he were young.
    • I understand how talent rolls off and onto a team and how priorities are matched against capital.   Are you not understanding my question?  If you don't understand, don't want to say an answer, or don't have an opinion, that's fine.  Just making sure you understand what I'm asking.   Do you think the ceiling of talent for the LBer corps is good enough?  And I know good enough is relative, so it would be in your view.
    • After the sign stealing saga allegations, Michigan is going to operate with a chip on their shoulder the rest of the way, IMO.
    • Or he tells Kraft, give me one more year to groom my replacement Jerod Mayo, and a chance to get a good QB from the draft and I will leave on a high note??
