I have been a colts fan for over 20 years and I have never ever seen an more  boring 3 to 4 yard passing game  than I have with this team. We need to stretch the field a little bit instead of 2 yard check downs to the running back. I know our line sucks right now but my

god.

Yeah Fisher has been unbearably bad so far. Less than a year off an achillies tho so can't really fault him

Agreed.  I thought he looked better last week though.  Can't blame him for his lack of push against the bull rush.

LT is getting worked.  Is that Fisher?

Ugly isn't it. Not sure if rushed back to soon, or just plain bad.

But he's been bad...

Hines look hurt and Cambpell drops one...ugh!

That was a tremendous D play.

The CB hand placement was absolutely perfect, just like the PDU on Mo earlier.

Miami has some elite DBs.

That was a wounded duck, haha.

Wasn't pretty, but where it needed to be. Just incredible DB play.

Taylor lacks vision, Mack this is a first down. It happens every game

Yup. Taylor is a better power runner, but zone running and vision in tight quarters still need to improve. Took Mack a year though too.

Very ugly game, but a win is a win if we can get it.

The D is playing great today thank God. JB hasn't even looked bad either. We are just covering people. Wentz so far has been good, no turnovers is the key. We need a TD on the opening drive to start the 2nd Half, we go up 14-3, we got it.

Moore and Rodgers both got burnt bad. We're just lucky it's JB... He's been him. No mistakes, about 50-60%, but just limited. It looks like Flus did adjust a bit late and reduced the cushion after he was successful earlier.

I guess you didn’t see that pass to MAC or the drop by Campbell…

Yeah I seen the 1 play where JB had a nice pass and Miami just dropped it haha .

Like @EastStreet was saying, he does need more chemistry with the offense. However, dude has played about as well as expected with no preseason. He’s far from the problem.

Go Colts!

I think some simply have bad expectations of him.

He brings certain things to the position, and is lacking in other areas.

He can be very good surrounded by certain things. He doesn't have those things though, at least now.

But most important, he'll improve in time.

But just don't ever expect Rivers type progressions from him or Manning type cerebral play. He's a mobile baller (when healthy) with arm talent. Give him protection, and time to synch with pass catchers.

    • To follow this up, 1st game I ever went too was in 1987, I was 16. We played the Tampa bay Buccaneers. Dickerson almost had 200 yards rushing, we won big and won the AFC East. I also seen the Chargers live in 1996. I got Jim Harbaugh's autograph that day.
    • Born in '69 so anybody that understands the Colts understands I don't like the NY Jets. Voted 1976-80, guessing was old enough by then to remember Bert Jones, Lydell Mitchell and Roger Carr. When they moved from Bmore I tried to find another team but the Colts had my heart so No, not a fan of any other team. Seen them play at Memorial Stadium in Bmore, LOS, @ Ravens and @ Washington. Born in southern Maryland..still live in southern MD
    • Don't forget that's just regular season. Ballard also has never won the AFC South and has only one playoff win in his tenure here (since 2018 with Andrew Luck over the Texans). The guy is a solid scout, but he can't build a team and sucks as a GM.    The only positive at this point with Ballard is you know he probably won't bomb draft day and can have some confidence in his picks. Even then, the team is useless without a young franchise QB, and it'll always be in the back of our minds whether or not he'll draft one if he is here next year until it actually gets done.
    • As of this writing, under Ballard, the Colts are 45-46-1. This takes into account the positive and negative.
    • I’m from Denmark, Europe and never went to a game unfortunately.   My interest in NFL all started when I was studying in Washington DC back in 1996. Not sure when I saw the Colts play the first time but when I saw a game with Manning doing his magic with Harrison, I was sold. Must have been in 1999?!   Was really excited for the Luck era too in the start but Irsay totally messed that up with terrible GM and lackluster HC. But I’m hanging in with the Colts in hope that we will soon draft a brilliant young QB to get the excitement back. This stupid win-now-but-not-really with lackluster QBs is taking a toll though to be honest…
