Secondary can't cover, let's face it...

This got discussed ad nauseum doing the offseason, but got overlooked early because of the run defense. Now we have a run defense, the terrible coverage in the secondary rears it's ugly head...

Not this many to stars. So you guys realize it’s not just our scrubs that are injured. Our most important players are out. It finally caught up with us this game.

You use the words stars loosely. Maybe a couple. I say again Ballard has built a meh type team full of JAG type players that have accomplished little in EIGHT yrs!! Nobody believes in this team outside of Indy.

The winless Jags and Trevor have been looking horrible offensively against everybody good or bad and yet the Colts were UNDERDOGS coming in. No coincidence some analysts said the Colts would be the remedy for Trevor because he always looks good against that defense. Oh the injuries.. lol

Our defense looking completely confused on both a 2nd & 24 and a TD pass.

For those of you that defend Gus Bradley, who do you think is responsible for a defense that comes unprepared just about every week? Defensive backs that have had all week to prepare, yet are completely lost when they step on the field on who to cover and what zones to cover?

Please explain to me who you think is responsible for that and not a defensive coordinator that can’t prepare a defense properly?

Would you expect anything else from a Gus Bradley defense?

Not a Gus fan, however, I have long said it is more of a talent issue. These db's are terrible. Ballard once again went into the season and was as usual being a salesman.

If you think the pass to AD was behind him you lose all credibility.  It was clearly in front of him.

You don't hav4e alligator arms on throws behind you.

You are right, the Alligator arms pass I was referring to was him running left, hand his hand out, and pulled it back before contact.  Both Downs and Pittman were running  right, and the pass was behind them.

You can blame injuries all you want but this defense was horrible when fully healthy.

I said after the opening day Houston game that the only reason the pass D wasn’t more exposed was because the run D was so awful, it didn’t get its chance.  Fact still remained that whenever a big stop was needed on pass D, they failed miserably then and next week against Malik Willis (who will never be mistaken for a starting QB)

Just wow, that last drive by the Jags was ridiculous. How do you give up a deep pass on 2nd and 24. As a defense you can't let that happen, and then that uncovered TD to end that drive....

When your whole defense is built on not giving up the deep pass too…
