Richardson starting first preseason game

Kevin Bowen says AR has completed about 59 percent of his passes in camp. At Florida, he completed 55 percent. Minshew is at 75 percent in camp. In addition to accuracy issues, Bowen says one of AR’s main problems is simply throwing the ball too hard at times. It will be very interesting to see how AR looks vs Buffalo, which will apparently play many starters.

It will be nice to see how he does.  Wonder how many series he will get before they put Minshew in.

Probably ONE SERIES... Max two, if he didn't get any action at all in the first series. That's how it goes

Shane Steichen announced that Richardson would play the first quarter with the starters.

Best wishes - best wishes - best wishes!!

Can hardly wait to see this team on the field against another team.

QB Josh Allen and WR Stefon Diggs WILL NOT play for the Bills on Saturday night per Sean McDermott.

The game is televised on my local CBS station.  I'm looking forward to see Richardson play, even if it's only for a quarter.

I am out of state, but for those with DirecTV... Colts at Bills is scheduled live on NFL Network Alternate (channel 212-1)

Dak, Baker and Jimmy G by ALL reports have looked terrible in camp so far throwing multiple interceptions per practice causing concern. This nitpicking on AR is almost laughable for a guy who just turned 21 with only 13 college starts under his belt. I EXPECT Minshew to look more polished with at least 25 nfl starts under his belt plus he's been in Shane's system already. Will Minshew finish a season at 75% passing something he has never done before? I doubt it. I expect AR to keep improving. By all accounts he wasn't in a very good offensive system in college anyway. The great Patrick Mahomes was at 56% passing after his freshman season.

You’re alive. Was wondering where you’ve been.

I’ve been around, but this whole Taylor situation has me consternated and I’m feeling withdrawn because of it lol. I’m still reading just about everything but I don’t even know what to say. I need the games to start. haha

Makes sense. I’m terrified of buying a Richardson jersey now.

Yea but I think that bears some scrutiny. What I’ve seen at the practices I’ve gone to, whether by design or AR not seeing it, Minshews throws are mostly little short outs. ARs are mostly 7-15 yards, which is where he struggled the most during college. So they’re really working that intermediate game of ARs. Deep wise, I’d bet AR is sitting at or near 70-75 percent

That’s honestly good to read. This is the time to practice and work on those throws.

I just wanna see those 30 yard wrist flick throws that AR can pull off.

Michael Vick used to do that. Rodgers can do it...those throws are amazing to watch.

There's some Warren Moon to AR's style too.

**Disclaimer because people go nuts on here about being "too positive": I am not saying AR is the next Warren Moon.

Chance of bad weather in Buffalo. We may not see much if it’s that bad. Don’t need starters hurt before the season starts. Afternoon looks better so might be ok.

I was actually going to go but the weather looks ominous ....torrential rains, hail, gusty winds and possible tornado...they may even cancel if this is true.

i agree with everything you said, i just feel many on here have crazy unrealistic expectations for richardson his first year .  its probably gonna start off rough but i think towards the end of the year we will see improvement .   next year is the real test to see if he improves .     trevor lawrence looked horrible his first year and he was a generational QB coming out of college .
