Fountain injured

Looks like fountain has a minor injury and won’t start camp. At least it isn’t Pup.

Probably not a good way to start the season for a guy who was already going to have to fight for a spot on the roster. Any clue as to what his injury might be?

Don’t know the injury. It happened away from football so that is why he is on that list. I think he can come off at any time. Yeah he was already fighting for a spot so it’s not good he can’t start camp.

During the preseason, they can come off of any list and join the team immediately, except IR (and the commissioner's exempt list).

Kenny Moore had some IG stories of himself dunking a basketball. I just cringed because of the possibility of getting injured away from the game. I was like come on Kenny your to important to this team.

In my opinion/experience is the fear of being injured is the most sure way to become injured. Enjoy life, be smart, stay in good physical condition and be

prepared.

Unless I'm wrong and someone can correct me on this, injured players come in a week before the start of camp so the fact we haven't heard news of Andrew, Doyle, Cain, and Geathers on the PUP list is very good news.

Sure it’s good news..... but I think most news on the veterans comes as the vets report for camp.   And we’re still days away from that...,

I don't think it matters if you're a vet or a rookie if you're previously injured.

He could've stubbed his toe getting out of the shower, I have actually done that before.

It does look like Leonard and walker might of already reported. Walker showed himself getting acupuncture. Ebron is back but he was at his home on Indy.

It looks like Fountain isn’t injured but taking care of a family issue. If that is the case he won’t be gone long.  IF I see a actual story verifying that I will post it.

I won't stop someone from playing basketball. It's their life, and the offseason.

We lost Mathis in 2014 because he played basketball  just saying

I think this definitely affects him making the roster even the PS.

I saw something on Facebook and he isn’t injured. He is taking care of a family issue. If that is true he won’t be out long.

NFI literally means non-football injury.  He may have a family issue he is attending to but the term itself means he got hurt somehow while away from the team.

Injuries happen. Hell, I’ve fallen in and getting out of the shower before in a hurry. Hopefully it’s minor because this offense has the chance to be amazing with all the parts we have.

He has to be injured in some way (physical issue, alcohol or drug rehab, etc...) that was not related to football though.  My interest is piqued.

Love Tommy boy, but actually it was a quote from Naked Gun.  Might be a paraphrase...been a long time since I saw that film.  Wonder what happened to some of those actors in Naked Gun.  I remember a promising young actor,,,OJ something.  Haven’t seen him in anything recently...

Fountain cannot afford any setbacks. Hopefully he's back quickly. The competition for the 5th or 6th spot at WR will be the fiercest of several positional dogfights. The old adage that "the most important ability is availability" cannot be emphasized enough here.

Muscle injury. Ballard said probably only will be out a week. At the most two weeks.
