He did have his hands inside his pads so it really was a hold.  32 should have let him go right away. Bad player makes bad play. Hmmm

If that is a hold, and I agree that it could be interpreted that way, then Olinemen hold on every single play.  So if they are going to call that, then they need to throw a flag on every play from scrimmage.  What I am advocating for in consistency, if that is a hold then so are the holds on the Oline, because you are taught to grab the inside of the shoulder pads when blocking.

OPI? The rare call.

MM looks rattled here, I'm liking the play calling on D so far.

Bingo.

Why I hate holding flags... it's like refs just have an RNG running for whether to call holding or not.

    • I'll go with Paye if i had to bet on it.   Not on your list and maybe a darkhorse but I think Dayo is going to light it up this year.   Just depends on the amount of snaps he gets.
    • I think they gave Matt Taylor the hook on this one because he didnt really follow the theme of the series. All he did was ask football questions.   The Pitt interview was really good. I really like Pitt, seems like such a great dude. I hope the Colts extend him soon.
    • I'm most confident in Braden. He's been the picture of consistency. In 5 years the difference between his highest and lowest PFF grade is like... 7 points(lowest was his rookie year at 73.3 and highest was 80.6).
    • We’ve seen rave reviews on Ballard’s classes in the past… it’s actually part of the problem. Rave reviews, mixed results. But only mixed results in some cases. There’s cases out there with no results to speak of whatsoever.    Looking at you, Banogu.
    • Cowboys WR and kick returner KaVontae Turpin says that he isn't fair catching anything. College has those rules, and he never did that in college games. Maybe other players feel the same way, but aren't saying anything. There might not be many fair catches if players don't like it.
