I thought so myself. Colts do not beat anyone these days. Usually the better teams in the league come into the games a little flat and if they don't beat themselves, usually pull out the victory. Lesser teams come in and their QB's have career days.
If they played the lions 10 more times they would not beat those guys regardless who the QB is. Classic .500 team with no identity. Realistically there are no top 100 players on this team. How long can you stay in the mediocre class with Ballard and it be ok? Does AR and company winning 8 games a year ensure ballard has a job again next year?
I should have added in that starters who have long contracts may be more conservative and not want to risk injury but everyone else is fighting for a big contract and a starting position imo
