colts41
it has been frustrating how many injures we have had it has seem to have been one after another. it is also frustrating to see all the talent on IR. But at the end of the day we have to try to make the best of our situation.

AntonMcG
Think he'd actually get a shot? No link either... so if mcglynn goes to center... there are no backups except Holmes.... he has to get snaps.

CanuckColt
so...toler out again?   jesusHmmmm...the dude is too injured to be worth while...gotta play more than 1/2 season unless your name is Bawb, and even Bawb wore out his welcome. If you are not durable you cannot play this game of football. CanuckColt
Clearly all the injuries are a product of Pep not knowing how to coach.Yes that's sarcasm.Pep is not connected to the injuries, but you are correct in saying "Pep not knowing how to coach"...no sarcasm at all. CanuckColt
no need to play him. Why do we want him to have a setbackGawd forbid. We should probably rest him for half the games next year too....just precautionary.

Chucklez
OK so Brazill DNP yesterday and is now in a boot. Are all the naysayers still so sure about not giving Branch a chance? Or if not Branch then they better bring Whalen back up. Still another day of practice so I guess we will see if he can go tomorrow.Brazill AND Pep have both downplayed the boot as a precaution for Brazill. Obviously practicing tomorrow would be reassuring but if they are both saying that it isnt as serious as it looks then I can take that at face value.... Unless we definitely lose another WR to injury I am definitely against bringing in another player at this point in the season.... It's just too desperate a move at this point. No time for them to learn the playbook or develop chemistry with the QB. It would make far more sense to bring someone up from the practice squad now.Especially as the person who was worked out hasnt played a down since 2012..... deedub75
I guess he's only 97% at the moment, the guy isnt doing himself any favors. I don't see Grigs keeping someone who's out half the season, because half of his missed time is due to not being 100%. I can see an organization doing this for a franchise kind of player but not a #2 CB. Maybe he'll play lights out when he comes back like Bob Sanders did for the playoff run...... ColtsFreak
If I was Toler I would be getting back fairly quickly. Missing 6-7 weeks for a pulled groin has made him expendable. especially since cutting him would save us 4.2 million on the cap. So we can sign a guy like Verner who plays a whole season.
TKnight24
I wish the trade deadline wasn't passed already. I'd try to trade for Lane up in Seattle. achcolts
no need to play him. Why do we want him to have a setback  no i understand that. but do you realize how many players rarely get to play at 100%? most players are good to go at like 80%, but yeah i mean we clinched really no reason to rush him. just sayin in general.
