Just the fact this Colts team rallied around Pagano and WON games is why there is absolutely NO EXCUSES for the Saints to get there without Sean Payton and go through game after game like they didn't care at all. This is why I am still so mad at that team. This Colts team was 2-14 last year, and went 11-5. The Saints were 13-3 and went 7-9 without Payton, what went wrong? Half the time I felt like they didn't even care this year, just playing for stats. I don't think you could make a case for any other coach this season, at least they got this award right.

Arians COTY and Pagano finished second. Grigson won executive of the year.

 

I could not be more proud of the men who led this team last season and am pleased two of these great men remain here for the future too.

 

Best of luck to Arians in Arizona and thank you for your leadership and coaching in 2011.

Yeah it's tough to see him leave. I think he might have done the right thing though. I hope so for his sake. As time went on I think I started to prefer him as a HC to an OC. He is a great leader.

 

Glad to see him give so much credit too to the Colts organization and Pagano/Grigson. A shoutout to Wayne too.

What a joke. Shanahan or Pete Caroll were far more deserving. Shanahan was a nonsense Hail Mary from sweeping the greatest division of all time. What's 11 wins in the pee wee division?

 

 

The NFC East is so overrated.

If it was not a big market division we would never hear about them. Cause they all sucked this year.

 

 

Texans/Colts at least both showed up all season.

B.A did a great job of holding down the fort . The Colts in general were well represented in most category's.

 

Coach of the Year  Bruce Arians  Chuck Pagano 2nd

 

Comeback Player of the Year Peyton Manning

 

Rookie of the Year RG3  Andrew Luck 2nd

 

Executive of the Year  Ryan Grigson

 

Colts & former Colts  

 

Before the season started no one expected much from the Colts as a homer I called for 8-8 & hoped they would be close .

Some say the Colts won because of strength of schedule , The schedule did'nt change , The Colts just over achieved .

      Well, as QB he kinda sucked in college, and he had only 4 games last year which really means nothing, so I haven't seen much progress beyond suck so far.  I can't think of any excuse that would mitigate that conclusion.   But he should continue to play, because it was never thought this team is that good, so its not like playing him hurts anything.

      I might have been disappointed in the 0-2 start but it wasn’t because of AR. It was the vets  on defense. We have to see where we are by mid season. I just want to see him improve each game. AR projectory is a year behind now beached of the injury. Ideally he would have played last season then this season colts would have made the playoffs. Then by his third year he would be elite. Same projectory Allen took.    Thd only thing that will disappoint me this season is the vets on this team underperforming. Or the secondary being horrific because Ballard didn’t do anything.

      This has been a problem since 1984 and you think it would’ve gotten better in all that time. The number one problem is that Colts season ticket holders like to make money on their tickets and this is the problem because Steeler fans and other well traveled fan bases will pay a lot of money. These are not true Colts fans if you had financial issues, you couldn’t afford your season tickets so don’t complain that you’re selling your tickets to be able to afford things, it’s about selling out the team. This may sound harsh, but it’s the truth and I wish it would stop.

      Richardson missed most of the 2023 season, so of course he is rusty at times.  I think he has played well despite some inconsistencies. There probably would  be critics even if Richardson took the Colts to the SB and had a perfect QB rating. Some people will be negative no matter what.

      You've been defending and supporting Anthony all season long so far, and I am freaking here for it.   Please keep that side of positivity going. It's really all we have at the moment is just hope that this all works out in the long run.
