They are trying but the Titans know the Colts have no ground game so they are just ting off with the pass rush and Flacco can’t move to extend plays.

hes on pace for 3 and a half sacks this year ...  I though he was a really polished player and could at least get us 6 or 7 sacks and flash

And was applying pressure on that third down play.   Not every player is an all pro from snap one.

Latu also doesn't have enough time to get to the QB, with receivers open from the moment the ball is snapped.
