Didn’t we just do this with Dayo Are we running a rehab center I guess Ballard couldn’t  find a trade partner 3 or 4 picks away and still get Latu or another Defensive player

This excites me. Latu is a top 5-10 pick purely off film and measurables. Obviously we’ve cleared him medically so just got to hope it’s the right decision.

Late seems to be the most developed pass rusher with more than one move, seems like they went away from going raw talent and went for the developed rusher.

Improved pass rush is Improved secondary

1. His neck was cleared by the same surgeons that cleared Peyton Manning

2. Double digit sacks in the last two years since being cleared.

3. One of the best ways to improve coverage is to improve pass rush - and this guy gets after the QB

4. Also, one of the best ways to improve your offense is to get off the field on 3rd Downs

5. He was not on my radar but I trust the professionals more than my own judgement - stop being biased because YOU didn't think we would draft him!

6. This is the NFL - injuries are always a concern even when they play their whole life without an injury - Parris Campbell and Javon Patterson come to mind for the Colts.

7. Multiple upon multiple pundits also say he is the best edge rusher in this draft  - though those rankings can always be better taken with salt.

Colts fans: that’s it F this…I’m going to draft Harrison Jr on Madden!

 

Obviously much like all of us injury is always a worry…especially for someone with a significant past injury…but have to think that if he couldn’t be cleared medically he wouldn’t be taken (especially that high)…we need more pass rush especially with our division now so I am excited for the future.

 

id love love love it if we traded back up into the late first to get another difference maker that also gives us a 5th year option.
