They are sending way too many rushers on 3rd and long. There is no need to do that.

I will say our LBs are overrated but it’s been an issue for the last two seasons where we let check down players gain 10+ yards. That’s a scheme issue.

Bradley is my least favorite coordinator in a long time. He’s right up there with Pep Hamilton. He doesn’t know how to put his guys in position to win. It doesn’t help that we don’t tackle at all.

Horrible effort by the LBs once again. If we are seeing this many broken tackles already, then I'm scared for the rest of the game again.

 

These zone D's only work if you have sure tacklers. In this second half of the year, the LBs and Safeties have been awful at it.

I made this point last week, but a talented and well schemed/coached defense does not give up 3 points on that drive with some of the 3rd down and distances the Raiders were facing.

 

It seems like they leak points when unnecessary.

Not his fault, but giving up huge 3rd downs are his. I’ve defend him because of lack of talent. Giving up such plays are coaching.

It’s just weird to me that every time just checks down 24/7 against us & still somehow marches down the field.

Minshew  did not help his line at all on that last sack. He waited way too long to snap the ball, trying to get cute trying to draw them off sides and that allowed The Raiders pass rush to tee off on the snap.

 

He also airmailed MPJ on the 2nd down throw.

That’s scheme more than anything, and it’s because Bradley’s scheme plays so softly that guys are frequently 3-5 yards away from their man.

I don’t mind the throw away on 1st. It’s better than him forcing something. 
 

I don’t like the high passes & his delay in getting the ball. When QB’s do that it gives the defense a better opportunity to time up a sack
