I definitely like Steichen.

Minshew is good coming off the bench. When teams prepare for AR and all of a sudden a guy comes in who knows the entire playbook it throws a wrench in the gameplan.

I’m hoping for more positive news regarding AR this week, because I don’t think Minshew is going to fair well against tough defenses like Jax

At this point, I don’t think it matters. By the time AR would be healed, we’ll be well out of any playoff chance so I’d just sit him to heal. Sit the starters that are banged up as well

Starting to believe Steichen is going to be a dud. He's a Reich clone with his stubbornness and excuses. Except this time, I don't buy into what he's saying. Maybe it's just Minshew he sucks with, but I feel like this was basically a lateral move at HC. We traded Frank Reich for a younger Frank Reich.

This was/is the problem the minute AR went down.  I fully expected him to have some games like Minshew is having today. Heck even Manning had more than a few of those his rookie year in 1998.

 

The difference is that these types of games would serve as growing experiences that ultimately help him get to where you want him to be.

 

With Minshew, he is what he is at this point. If we don’t win, there is really to take away/build on.
