Irsay is such a walking contradiction... he says early in the press conference that you are what your record says you are.  

 

Jim here is a fact for you..since Ballard has been GM every other team in the AFC South has won this division except for your team.  

This team for years has been about propaganda and not telling the truth (Luck injury, etc).  I don't trust what literally any of them say, and I won't until Irsay gives over the team.  It's just how they operate.

Fine with Saturday. Ballard should be fired, but whatever. As long as he drafts a franchise QB next year, I can put up with him since he is a good talent evaluator. If not, we're screwed.

That was some weird news conference. Watching Jim wing it is both hilarious and sad. I wonder where he’d be today if he wasn’t Bob Irsay’s kid.

A little ticked off the reporters kept asking Jim the questions.  Wanted to hear more from Chris and Jeff.  Wasted a lot of time asking Jim if Chris is safe.  How the hell are you supposed to answer freely in that situation?
