Colts @ Ravens, Monday, Oct. 11, 2021, 8:15PM

Your Indianapolis Colts (1-3) play the Baltimore Ravens (3-1) on Monday Night Football tonight. 

 

 

The Colts will play this game without Quenton Nelson (IR), Braden Smith, Rock Ya-Sin, Qwity Paye, and Jordan Wilkins. Turay did not practice on Saturday but is expected to play. The Ravens have only OT Ronnie Stanely listed OUT but a few players are questionable. 

 

This may be one of the harder games on the Colts' schedule this year, especially when playing without key players on offense and defense. Wentz has played well despite missing his top offensive linemen. The defense has to step up and play better. 

 

This should be a good game. Good luck and enjoy it.

I'm not usually on this thread as my typing skills are nonexistent and by the time I type out my thoughts, the point that I was trying to make is moot. Anyway, it should be a great game and the colts are due to put it all together. Colts for the win.

This is going to be a great day.  Sort of feels like taking mass transit to the stadium at 11 am so you can meet up with friends to tailgate

...and then you realize it's a 9pm game

...and you have no food

...and your friends won't be there for another 6 hours

Colts win 23-20 in an upset. My upset of the week. I picked us to beat the Chiefs in KC which was a night game back in 2019 when JB was QB and most thought I was nuts, I just have a feeling here.

Baltimore has a history of losing games like this now and then.... And Monday Nights can be weird.... It could go either way, but I THINK our guys are way more desperate for a win here.

Just curious why this is a rule?  The NFL is in Vegas, it openly embraces Fantasy Football, essentially embraces gambling on football, and even has a casino gambling company (Caesars) as an official sponsor.  Seems like this rule prohibiting the gambling gaming aspects of the sport is kind of out dated / antiquated.  Just my humble opinion.

Thanks for asking. I don't know. I'm not involved in making the rules. I just posted that so that folks would know why comments or gifs they posted were no longer showing.

I can't think of the Colts on MNF without flashing back to the Colts in 1987(?) on Halloween when Eric Dickerson scored four TDs.  That was back when the Colts had nothing to cheer about and a fan base still struggling to embrace the new team.
