Lol what math? There was math out there for plays that were going to happen, before they happen. This isn’t baseball. The stats aren’t drilled down to every scenario for this game.

You blame the play call, but surely the coaching staff had statistics for which plays worked best in that scenario, no? Hmm

Im done for now, I’m trying to watch the game, but I’d be glad to discuss it more later. I’m rushing through my comments and honestly, being more of a smart butt than anything.

This I can agree on. I'm not saying there isn't room for discussion about value or various variables.

Ya Hilton is a number two at best. We need a Julio Jones, Calvin Johnson type

Controversial as people will always hold up the production. But you can't escape the fact he can't make the jump ball contested bail out your QB plays.

Jeremiah however was arguing that's not as important in the sort of schemes we're starting to see. Personally I think a physical receiver with the skills is always going to be a big big plus.

I have to give the Jags credit, they are playing great D today. This is how they played last year.

Almost like we should take the points when we can. ;)

we are all on the same side. If/when we win, I won’t care how.

I'm confused.  Reich 4th down call against Houston  was universally praised here.  Now in this game he's being aggressive on 4th down and everybody is up in arms.

One game is a home game. That they were down big in and found a way to get to OT. They had 1 win at the time. Didn't want to play to tie.

This is a divisional road game vs a desperate team who had us on the ropes a couple weeks ago until they fumbled away their chance to win or get to OT. A team with Cody Kessler at QB.

A defensive battle that started out with both teams turning the ball over. You don't give up 3 guaranteed points to get on the board first. You don't go for it on 4th and 1 when you can punt and pin them real deep. They were being outplayed physically and tried a jet sweep to a tight end.... it literally adds up to zero common sense.

ZERO

He set the precedent. He's going to be aggressive.  Cant pick and choose what to be mad about.

No, I can. I don’t mind aggressive play calling. I do mind foolish game management. If he couldn’t see that Jax D was playing stout, and that the Colts O is struggling mightily, then he needs a wake up call. The only reason the Colts were even in scoring position was because of help fromJax D, on 2 separate plays. It was foolish. End of discussion. And half way through the 3rd quarter, the offense still has sniffed FG position....

Yet the Colts should have been up 6-3.

Frank Reich stupidly giving up points in this type of game will come back to haunt the Colts.
