to me it looks like a talent issue were stacking the box and still getting gashed for 6 yards a carry.    defenders cant get off blocks and tackle .  it screams lack of talent to me

It’s time to fire Ballard. I’ve been a believer for years, but it’s time to move on.  He thinks he is building talent but his negligence is destroying player confidence when he don’t give young players mentors to learn from.  Managers of business who underperform as long as Ballard has would have been fired. As a long-time Colts fan, I am sick of his management of this football team and that’s on the clueless and passive owner of the team.
