So Frank didn't give them Thursday and Friday off this week?

Indy Star article said that practice was quick. Only 1 hour.

Had a guess speaker. Daily Affirmations with Stuart Smalley for 45 minutes and 15 mins of prayers.

Tomorrow, rumor of team hugs, and trust exercises.

So when we get the number one pick in the draft we can go ahead and draft a LT so Ballard can keep building from the line out.

The only upside to that is that he would be on a cheaper rookie salary and not breaking the bank like the rest of the under-achieving O-line is currently doing.

If Leonard plays we will win, book it.

I love your optimism but it is not happening. The KC D-line is going to brutalize our underachieving O-line. Unless our new FG kicker makes nine kicks we are not scoring enough points to keep up with the Chiefs.

Leonard may not even play, so that bet would be off between @Solid84and me. Having said that I still think we can win. We beat them in 2019 with Brissett and I picked us then lmao and almost everyone in here had the Chiefs winning by 20.

How many points did you have the Colts winning by against Houston?

We blitzed more in that game than I have ever seen any Colts team in my many years watching the team. I think we even dinged up Mahomes a bit. Doubt the Bradley prevent defense is going to follow that model but I hope I am wrong.

That’s fine. But to be honest I have Chiefs winning regardless of Leonard playing or not.

Doesn’t mean I don’t hope we win. I do that every week. Hope =/= believing.

    • The only thing about the Titans that worries me is their interior DL. Simmons and Sweat are going to be a problem.
    • Lol how are the Titans above us? They still have no proven players on the OL outside of maybe their OC, and their WRs are older and QB is still questionable.
    • CBS sports has us last in the AFC south putting Tennessee above us.  Most every one lists us between 18-24.    I hope the Colts come out with a chip on their shoulders and take care of business with a healthy AR
    • Last year we played a lot of division games early, I hope its more spread out this season. Can we finally get a win in Jax
    • Yeah, I think AD is more versatile and in general better route runner, although his profile still heavily favors downfield type routes. But he gets open all over the field really. He just wasn't used a lot on the short ones and slants.  Agreed, his RZ highlight reel is insane. I am not sure I've seen a WR that get that open that often in the RZ recently. It just looks seamless.   Possible he's never a YAC machine... although... it's possible we haven't seen enough opportunities for him to show if he can actually do it, because Texas ran most of their YAC type plays for Worthy(understandable), while AD had the long-range routes... I think I read somewhere he had the 7th highest ADOT(or whatever that stat is called) in the entire country(that's from 1000s of receivers)... at 16.5 yards per target. In general the more downfield you are targeted the less YAC opportunities you have. No idea how we are going to use him exactly...If we keep Pittman as possession type of receiver and just give AD some of AP's snaps, then he probably continues having low YAC and high average depth of target.  Yep, pretty much.
