This is why literally every decent QB, and any decent OC calling plays just absolutely exploits this soft * high school coverage scheme.  Supposedly it's "easy" for young guys to learn.  It's easy for vets to figure out too.

Eberflus’ biggest weakness has to be his schemes. They are so vanilla and easy to decipher. Literally only fools new QBs or blind people

Here is the thing, we have spent four 2nd rounders and a 1st rounder on DE types for this D.   None have popped as an impact  player and one hasnt even played an NFL snap yet.
