I bet the browns take fountain

They've got a pretty decent 1-4.

I guess they could, but it's a dice roll without film.

Still thinking PS

Agreed

3 hours left

Johnson could surprise, but I think Dulin and Patmon offer the most.

At the time I was all for seeing the team go after either Mohammed Sanu or Danny Amendola to cement that role and provide experienced depths.  I still think either of those players would be a good add.

Mohamed Sanu looked like garbage at camp according to beat reporters who watched him. They posted a video of wideouts going through drills and concluded that his footwork was terrible and breaks sloppy. I cut him from my dynasty team based on that one report because it was so negative. Maybe he just had a bad drill.

Biggest shock so far, at least on terms of how he has performed

Not for me.  The line is deep and often times to win a job when you are the end of the roster someone has to lose it.  I don’t think that happened.   The only wrinkle is the day injury situation.  Other than that the guys above him showed they deserved to be in the NFL too.

Doesn't sound to promising on him being on the PS.

IDK. Doubt they would tell him they don't want him on the PS. And IIRC correctly, other teams can't contact them until after 4pm.

Regardless, I hope he lands somewhere and does well, but selfishly I want him on the PS.

I agree to an extent, they might not tell him they're not going to sign him to PS, bit you would definitely think they would tell him they were going to try.

I hope he is retained as well, but that poat gives me a little reservation.

It was just the most shocking name up to that point, everyone else was pretty much expected.

Felt he at least had an outside chance of making the squad.

IMO, they'll want 2 WRs on the PS, and Fountain was likely top 8. Even if they weren't sure they wanted him back, they don't know what's going to happen to other guys they may want more. As a rule, I'd guess the FO would try to say as little as possible giving they're just not sure what will happen.

I am so sad about fountain. That kid worked his butt off to get back and looked good in camp the way it sounded. If he clears waivers hopefully he will be back. He just needs a chance.

Agreed. He’s got major potential but in Ballard/reich we trust
