Its weird that the Jacksonville fans travel as well as it seems the last week of the year..... Or is LOS just devoid of Colts.fans today....

No.  He sucks, has sucked, continues to suck, and until they get someone else, it will be a mindless reputation, by the team, QB, and fans....lol.

I'm his harshest critique, but would love for him to light it up, make crisp throws, read the d, call audibles, and go through his progressions..... For the last two quarters.

Have fun being negative. Hey it's a forum so say he sucks 1000 times. At this point I who should care really. lmao . Some have a weird definition of sucking. To me sucking is Curtis Painter for example.

that's one hell of a kicker

I agree, he's a good addition.

Not taking anything away from Vinnie.  He was the best we ever had!

It's the scheme.  Outdated. Eberflus isn't Reich guy.   I would make a change like KC did last season and now their D is coming around.  Absolutely hate this scheme.  Good QB eat our lunch.

Scheme doesn't seem to be able to adapt to not having stud PR.....that's the biggest issue I have with it, seems like it's impossible or hard to disguise coverages or blitz outside of 23

Why does Marlon look like Gale Sayers some weeks and a 3rd string JV High School player in others? I'm honestly perplexed.

Some teams sell out to stop the run. And some teams, like the Jags this year, can’t even stop the run when they know it’s coming.

If Ron Rivera doesn’t get a HC job, we’ve got to look at him for DC, IMO

Which weeks did he flame out against other than top flight run defenses? Honest ?  I can't remember..... He struggled more once teams found out our best passing game option was a lateral....it seemed anyway

Hadn't thought of that, but I'd be down for that.  I know Carolina used to run 3/4, not real sure we would want to shift gears yet again on d..... But I thought Rivera was a 4/3 guy originally for some reason.....must be remembering buddy Ryan days, not 4-3

Can't argue with that lol.

Just seems to me like some weeks he's stuff arming dudes to the ground, hitting holes with authority, and elite looking, and in other games he seems average at best...idk, maybe it's all in me head, mate.

But Mack has done a good job IMO this year. His vision is solid and he breaks a lot more tackles.

mack is fine he will be great once we have an actual passing threat

I've thought of this and echoed the same thing, the D has regressed not creative, proactive and aggressive in so many levels.  Flus just regressed as well, the D appears not motivated, could be part of not making the playoffs nothing motivates them to play for the prize....Sad!!

Yes, but he is going to have his pick of at least 2 head coaching  jobs imo.

Panthers do run a 4-3 but Rivera coached a 3-4 with the Chargers and 4-3 with Bears, he’s done it all

Most players don't like playing in this scheme.

The only problem is that it is not all on eberflus. Ballard want this scheme

Even Brissett would throw for 300 yards against our D scheme :)

I agree and that is funny but true. Rock with another Pass Interference. He has had a rough year.

A loss will give the Colts a better draft position.

A win win situation this.

This was Josh McDaniels pick as DC. He needs to make a change.  Jags have been inept on offense for weeks.

We've kept it close all season, might as well keep it close again today. Young team that can't seem to get out of its own way. Next year should be quite a bit better.

Yup and everyone is crying for wr as our 1st pick. U also get called out for Ballard's picks on D. I can see a change in the off season

    • It has to be odd signing FAs now, since teams aren't allowed to work them out.  I guess one would hope that these guys have been keeping themselves in shape throughout the offseason, but it'd still be nice to be able to work them out before signing them.   Safety now is, IMO, the team's biggest concern.  I think we're fine w/ Hooker and Willis as starters, though Hooker's had injury issues throughout his time in the NFL (and prior).  I like Odum, but like him more as a STer than a guy we have to rely on being a starter for an extended time if one of our top 2 go down.  Then Blackmon is still on the injured list, and I don't expect him to be full strength to the middle of the season (if not later).  The UDFA, Rutledge, was a playmaker but from a small school and went undrafted for a reason, so I'm not too sure that we should expect anything out of him in terms of being reliable if he had to play a lot of minutes.   Geathers is still a FA and I know Ballard really seemed to like him.  I'm wondering if him not being signed or brought up in discussion is a health issue (i.e., can't pass a physical), a major health concern (given his injury history), demanding too much $, or if the team has simply moved on from him.    Personally, I like the fact we're looking at Tavon Wilson, he's a former 2nd round draft pick who had his best NFL year last season, starting 13 games in Detroit and recording 98 tackles, 2 fumble recovers and 5 passes defended.
    • So someone infected coughs in your face but you can’t catch the virus from them because they didn’t cough in your face for the contractually obligated 15 minutes it takes to infect...
    • R u counting the # of times an offensive linemen or tight end locks on him and drives him 10 yards down the field?  I know I am being a smart ... and I apologize. Our linebacking core is light and there is no getting around that.  Opposing te's are bigger than out lb core.  It is the weakness of this D philosophy. The lbers in this D tend to b drafted on their ability to defend the pass. Okereke looks like a stud against the pass. However, he like Leonard, is basically a safety playing lber. Just my opinion.
    • Burrow takes it IMO Any other guesses folks?
    • Andrew Luck is under contract through 2021, so we own his rights until the end of the 2021 season.
