Colts hire Frank Reich [Merge]

I seriously hope I'm 1000% wrong about this guy as I want the Colts to achieve in every facet, but I'm not sold on this guys passion as a leader. He reminds me at first glance like a room decorated in average wallpaper, easy to clean off and okay on the eyes yes, but not really having any pop

 

Those are valid points. 

 

I think if we get 1 SB out of this it will be worth it(I don't expect a dynasty its rather unrealistic) however this hire flies in the face of Irsay's disdain over "Star Wars" numbers and his disappointment over "1 ring"

I think its a good hire. Certainly the best one the Colts could've made at this stage in the game.

I'm not being that guy and I am happy this is over quite frankly. The OC will be telling here. I just had so much high hopes for Pagano coming from the ravens where the raven culture was built smacking people in the mouth and Pags just wanted to pats guys butts and chop wood with a rubber axe.  We shall see, I hope Reich proves me wrong

 Being religious doesn't mean you have the personality. Pederson is religious and I don't think the Eagles are soft.

didn't know Reich is soft spoken and happy go lucky.  I doubt many motivational speakers are soft spoken.

What makes them say that? I thought McDaniels was hands down the best candidate until after he backed out.  I don’t know much at all about Reich if I’m being honest.

He has more character than McDaniels.  He has playing experience in the NFL, which McDaniels doesn't.  McDaniels was a strong candidate, but what he did shows he isn't as mature as people thought.

I know you don't like Irsay because of the Peyton situation so that is why I respond to you. I have nothing against you personally as you stick with what you believe in. No bigge. I think this can work but Andrew needs to get healthy and we need to be great in the draft.
