I think that's more on Cribbs.  You gotta yell and let the other guy know you're taking it.  Cribbs was behind Tipton, so it's on him to yell it out.  Tipton can't see behind him and know Cribbs is there.

It's common to have 2 returners out there.  I don't know exactly what the coaches want the returners to do in that situation, but it looked to me like that was on Tipton
