So, a pizza delivery guy pulled into a parking spot temporarily to drop off an order & get his tip & Jackson lost his cool? Is that the prevailing theory or turn of events right now? I need to see the police report & hear the radio interview 1st. If this delivery guy was physically injured, why go on a radio show? Get medical attention & consult an attorney about your options.

Something obviously went awry here & I sincerely hope the kid is okay. I like Jackson a lot too who has been a good LB for the Colts on defense. Like Nadine said, I will wait for more details to emerge here. Man, I don't like my team in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Sigh...I'm very disappointed & not happy at all over this incident.

No matter the out come Jackson had no business laying his hands on anyone. While that is true it does sound like the pizza guy is looking for a big payout. Now why would he do an interview on radio? That tells me he hasn't talked to a lawyer yet. That would be the first thing a lawyer would tell him is do not discuss this case with anyone. I question how serious this assault was if the guy didn't want any medical treatment. There is no excuse for any assault but something does seem fishy about this.

That's my biggest red flag of this whole situation too CC1. If Mr. Fuentes was indeed choked, punched, & kicked as he claims, he was, why not seek medical attention?

I'm not attempting to put the alleged victim on trial here at all, but trust me if a person is repeatedly assaulted using a well conditioned professional athlete's hands, feet, & brute strength they would in all likelihood be bleeding at a bare minimum requiring EMT personnel on the scene.

LOL, just pay the kid and get it over with DQ. lmao. By the way, we don't know the entire story most likely. Its hard telling what the pizza boy said to DQ. He could have started the whole thing, and like the article said DQ's never had an incident like this before.

its all hearsay and second hand conversations.

This guy can say anything he wants on air because there is no proof either way, I wonder if there are any eye witnesses to this, that could be the game changer

Just like McNary we need the legal process to be complete before we draw conclusions

Actually if a professional NFL linebacker punched, kicked, and choked this man, there would be quite a bit of physical evidence showing just that. The fact that he didn't require medical attention plus the fact that he's telling a different story on the radio than he did the police tells me all i need to know.

This is extortion.

I haven't heard all the details from both sides but .....

IF the pizza guy parked in Jackson's private spot or even a residents only spot, and then proceeded to run his mouth/get in Jackson's face when asked to move than the pizza guy got what he deserved.... I probably would have hit him in the same situation.

And if you did then you might have found yourself with a lawsuit as well. Whether the guy deserved it or not, DQ wouldn't be in this situation if he'd been the bigger man.

Yeah but I'm sure DQ did something to the boy. Whether he started it or not it could cause DQ problems.

Seriously....you folks are going to follow this story and try to figure out if a colts player punched a pizza guy...who didn't have any serious or even noticeable injuries....based upon a report of he said/he said facts about who did what at a parking stall.

And based upon how that is believable or not in your minds...you may want the Colts to cut him.

Really, the degree to which people want to play-act Amateur Judge on this forum is simply amazing.

    • Gus’s problem is that he rarely blitzes a qb and relies too much on the front 4 to put the pressure on the qb! Every qb has basically smoked a cigarette and taken a nap before a Colts defender can even breathe on them! Im not saying to blitz every play, just mix it up enough to get in the qbs head! Open gaps for lbs to get through, especially in the middle against slower pocket passing qbs. Gus has been around too long and will be too stubborn to change though!😒
    • Besides the Pacers shooting yesterday, what really stood out to me was they didn't wilt in the big moment of playing in a Game 7 at NY - that shows Mental toughness. Haliburton was playing like it was a just another regular season game and just doing his thing. Also, the Pacers weren't getting bullied inside, Turner and Pascal did the bullying for a change. They are finesse players that usually just care about scoring mostly but yesterday they were banging down low and played really aggressive.
    • Yeah, Cus Bradley yes I said Cus I'm not a fan of his scheme if you want to call it that. So it doesn't matter who we have in the secondary it won't help. We could bring back these players in their youth again like Dion Sanders and Darrel Green and it wouldn't matter in my mind. I don't know why we hold on to a DC who has been 28 in total defense for two years. Bring in a DC with an innovative smart scheme that would confuse offenses. But what we have now is a defense that a JR high team could figure out. So yes the defense is a huge concern. We are going to have out-score teams which means our offense can make very little mistakes.
    • Besides Shaq and Barkley, I forgot that Shannon Sharpe took the Pacers as well in this series. He is just rubbing it in towards Stephen A and Big Perk. He even said, come to Indy baby where they have a great team and great food, because NY is sitting at home now
    • ...and Rick Carlisle has shown he can coach, no matter the team. Maybe he can replicate the Dallas Mavericks success with us and get us that elusive NBA championship!!!
