Surprise no one voted for Super Bowl lost yet. Be honest people. It would be a long shot getting to the Super Bowl and win. Odds are we get to the Super Bowl and lose.

At least you are  being optimistic about a Superbowl appearance. I applaud you for that. :applause:

We will need to completely overhaul our offensive line as well as add a quality receiver, and this is before mentioning that we need key guys to return from injury. If this occurs, we can have a shot at making the Super Bowl in a couple of years. Otherwise, well probably be on the outside looking in

Next year we can win the AFC......as long as we stay healthy. I can smell very big things for next season.....

This year I realistically have always felt in my gut that we would lose to NE in the divisional or AFCCG but I hope I am wrong.

I can't believe how most of you don't have faith. Wee will resolve our situation and do our best to make the Super Bowl.

We overcame it in 2006, with no run defense. I'm sure we can solve it now.

Don't turn into Polian who said our season was over that year and then we won the championship...

I think there's a comparison. You have to change your play calling scheme to match your personnel if you don't have the right personnel to run your plays.

Unfortunately, it's not that easy. Especially on the Oline. They've been running Pep's system all season. Trying to install a new Offense would be next to impossible at this point. It would be easier to go ahead and put the two rookies in there.

Every system has plays designed for quick releases. They just need to be called more often and Andrew needs to get better at not holding onto the ball so long.

People forget that Jacksonville game in 2006. No one outside the organization thought the Colts were going anywhere with their run defense.

We're winning the superbowl baby.

Yes, i have my blue colored glasses on. WE'RE GOING TO WIN THE SUPERBOWL and you can take that to the bank.

Blind optimism is a very dangerous thing. I admire the enthusiasm though...the courage of your convictions is impressive albeit slightly misplaced Gabriel & MaoBerry. Sorry, but we are far from Lombardi contention yet.

Once you make the playoffs, there is always a chance.

To paraphrase what that woman said right after Meg Ryan shall we say "entertained herself" from the film "When Harry Meet Sally," "I'll have what [Robert Johnson] is having."  haha

Yes, anything can happen in the Playoffs remember Eli Manning in 2007? I don't see a SB bid this year, but I would like to see INDY make it to the 2nd round in the Playoffs at least.

Once again, not picking MY team to lose !!!  We may not make it to the Super bowl, but most definitely will NOT be one and done.  Guess I'm a mindless cheerleader  lmao !!!

Well I would rather be a mindless cheerleader than a negative nancy ANY day !!!

Bring it on !!!  GOOOOOOOOOOOOO Colts !!!!!!!!!!

Why so much pessimism? You guys already handled Denver once. I don't really understand why you don't think you could do it again. It's not like he-who-shall-not-be-named is known for his play off victories, and how beautiful would it be for you guys to actually be on the bright side of that fence for a change?

Depending on how the final seeds play out, I could see a Patriots v Colts AFC Championship reunion game.

Would be amazing to see Luck v Brady for the conference championship just from a sort of "wow, where does the time go" type perspective. lol

A realistic pats fan! Who knew?! I'm not afraid of denver/ne or anybody else. We can beat anybody and proved it multiple times already. The seadogs would be challenging for a perfect record, if not for us. So WE CAN PLAY BALL!

    • Enjoy I'm making an 11 hour trip myself  in November  to get to a colts game.
    • Details from OTC: https://overthecap.com/player/adonai-mitchell/11660   Four years, $7,386,086 total value, $4,817,431 fully guaranteed at signing (65.2%, no info about offsets) Signing bonus, $2,191,700 (prorated to $547,925/year) Salaries for 2024 ($795,000) and 2025 ($1,130,731) are fully guaranteed at signing Salary for 2026 ($1,466,462) partially guaranteed ($700,000) at signing (47.7%)   The #46 pick this year was Jonathon Brooks (coincidentally, the Colts original draft spot), to the Panthers. His contract is only guaranteed for the first two years, total of $4,914,107 guaranteed, which is 58.4% of the total value. At first, I thought this meant AD Mitchell's contract is pretty good, but apparently Brooks' contract is kind of bad. The next pick was Tyler Nubin (Giants), who has nearly all of his third year guaranteed. And last year, the #46 pick was Keion White (Patriots), and almost half of his third year was guaranteed. So Brooks seems to have undercut his guarantees. Some teams hold the line really well, so I was thinking maybe Carolina doesn't want guarantees in the third year, but they drafted Jonathan Mingo at #39 last year, and guaranteed almost half of his third year. Brooks probably could have done better if he had waited a few weeks.   The second round is kind of all over the place this year. There are still 11 guys unsigned, and a good number at the top and in the middle of the round. But all the way up at #40, Cooper DeJean (Eagles) only has $247k guaranteed in 2026, and his total percentage of guarantee is only 62.8%, so his contract isn't as favorable as Mitchell's. And then you have a few guys in the middle of the round -- like Jackson Powers-Johnson (Raiders, #44) and Edgerrin Cooper (Packers, #45) -- who have 2026 fully guaranteed (Cooper's is all but $76k).   But it's all going up. AD Mitchell has more favorable guarantees than Jonathan Taylor did when he was the #41 pick in 2020 (53.9%). Each draft class pushes it a little further than the previous class.
    • Let’s face it that third down catch against Baltimore in 2006 saved the game for us and loudest move on to play give me AFC championship game. He caught it in his elbow for a first down and we kick the subacute field goal which sealed the game. That is my favorite Dallas Clark moment, but watching him, catch the ball and run down the scene for chunk yards. It was amazing.
