.... to see Sunday's Colt's game in person.

It's been set-up by a care-giver in the senior home where this man lives.... She got tix for him through a local bank. But when word got to the Colts this week, they quickly moved to make his visit the best...

-- Field passes...

-- VIP tickets to some of the best seats in the house...

Mad props to the Colts for doing this... and my shout-out comes from 2,000 miles away! This is the way things should be done -- first class!!:thmup:

Here's your moving story:

Yes was great to hear, i have always wanted to work with Make A Wish Foundation and just recently have touched base and will be setting it up for a child to see my fighters train, attend the weighins, walk to the cage with them and the promotor is donating event merchandise to them as well. It is great when those who are able to give back do sometimes we get so caught up in life that we lose track of the big picture.

Colts organization, classy once again :blueshoe:

I posted this on ProFootballTalk.com in the comment section about the article on the Colts "2nd straight sellout" (nevermind they haven't NOT sold out a game since the home opener against the Titans in 2003)....Florio has a bone to pick with Irsay, always has, and my link will probably get deleted (heaven forbid talking bad about Florio; comments badmouthing him in any way get deleted all the time)

Very moving story, and shows that Irsay is one of the classiest owners in the league.

Awesome story and my props to the Colts. But, I am even more impressed by this senior home and the caregivers who helped make this possible.

It was also interesting to read some of the comments. Of course, there were the usual jerks.

But, there were fans of other teams . . . Broncos, Packers, Giants, Saints, Patriots, 49ers, Lions, Raiders, Steelers, Bears, Falcons, Cowboys, Eagles . . . and yes, even the Jaguars . . . who had very nice comments. There were probably even more teams represented. I only read through a few of the posts.

I found it very heartwarming that even those who aren't Colt's fans hope that this man gets to see a Colt's W.

iI know this more than likely won't happen, but the network that is covering the Colts game should do two things this week.. One, show the ceremony for Edge, and two, show this man at the game, enjoying his last wish. Cut to him after every score the Colts make, and give this vet all the caring and support of the nation.

this made me cry. I am so glad he gets to go to this game. Nothing like going to a home game

Proud to be a Colts fan. Irsay runs one of the classiest franchises in all of sports

:hat: Hat's Off to all that made this possible.

This story brought tears to my eyes. Great Job to the Colts and Mr. Irsay.

This story reveals why INDY is a world class organization.

Thank you Mr. Irsay, coaches, players, press personnel and all those unnamed, unsung individuals directly responsible for Danny Webber's last wish. :colts:
